Between January 15, 2014 and January 15, 2015, 214 patients were enrolled in expanded access programs at the participating institutions. Of these, 162 (76%) patients participated in the safety analysis CBD Gummies, including 11 (7%) patients who discontinued cannabidiol before 12 weeks.
One hundred thirty-seven patients (64%) met the inclusion and exclusion criteria for efficacy analysis, including ten patients who discontinued treatment during the 12-week observation period and who were included in the analysis with the last observation carried out finished.
